you can go to the library,look for a Chilton Motor Manuel,you have to look by the year. all makes are listed. or stop at your auto parts store,most have a book available to look at. these you will probably have to look for heater repair,don't be afraid to ask for help if you don't understand something. if counter people are busy,some one else can and will offer advice. if i remember right all the work can be done from outside the car.
removal of water lines,take cover off heater,pull core out of housing,it will be a tight fit.just remember or mark with string which line goes on top,if you put them on backwards the water won't flow in the right direction.

i own a repair shop,and the best way to do this is buy a good Haynes repair manual and look it over and read it real good,it gives all the details on how to do this job,and a lot of others also,but that's the very best way,once you read it for your self ,you,ll always remember how to do this,good luck,i hope this help,s.

other than taking the dash compltly apart you can get a product called dike. dike finds the holes and if they are not huge it will plug them
