Well, I know what's the different between them, but why do are they different? Does this related to evolution?

Yes, it is related to evolutionary history. The first organisms were prokaryotes, and they have survived until today. The eukaryotes become their own group apart from the prokaryotes around 2 billion years ago, evolving and creating their own properties, and then continued evolving until today. As for the specific traits which have evolved in eukaryotes, each one has a separate explanation, and you may be able to find article or popular science books describing these.

Prokaryotes (before organelles) are very primative life forms. Eukaryotes (true organelles) are more advanced. This is mainly due to evolution. It also has some to do with where they evolved. the majority of prokaryotes live in a somewhat aquatic environment. Many live in a harsh environment.

but it does deal with evolution.

Prokaryotic cells are considered to be more simple. They do not have cell membranes and often are much smaller than eukaryotic cells. Prokaryotes have fewer organelles than eukaryotes. Eukaryotes often include protists and other single-celled organisms. They are more complex than prokaryotes and sometimes have the ability to perform life functions.
