Need Help ASAP!!!?

yea so i bought this new game F.E.A.R. for pc and it said my graphics gaming card wasnt the requrement.(i have a gateway notebook)..i have a ati radeon xpress 200M card..if i were to upgrade it what would i upgrade with?..if i did buy a new one..does it go inside the computer or outside in one of the slots?

Sorry, Xpress 200 is intragrated, so it means you can't update. If your playing FEAR, your probaly was a desktop, because it is cheaper frames per second per buck, and you would want something with power.
