i use it if i'm just looking for general information, but i wouldn't trust the content if it's important. in college. none of my professors would accept wikipedia as a credible source for research or any other papers/projects we did

Wikipedia should not be trusted
The fact that anyone can change it eliminates all credibility of the site
Go to any university, and list wikipedia as one of your sources
you'll flunk out of the school in a year
NEVER TRUST WIKIPEDIA

I have confidence it, for the main section, if there are references on the backside on the article. Any article that the two incorporates no references or on which Wikipedia states the suggestions has not been referenced. The references make it difficulty-free to envision the suggestions given, no references, i don't be attentive to the place the editor have been given the suggestions from.

Haven't yet found a reason not to trust the information I find there, and I use it a lot. It isn't as easy to edit Wikipedia as you might think.

For the most part I trust it but if I was to write a report where I needed citations I would make sure to use other sources that are more reliable or at least compare the information.

That question is self explanatory. In your life have you ever found something wrong on wikipedia? If the answer is no then Wikipedia is fine for what you do. If the answer is yes then Wikipedia is bad for what you do. It really all depends. For me Wikipedia is fine. In fact it works more then well.

might be.. some are real and some are fake.
But I feel wikipedia people will keep an eye on the updated information and they will accept or not accept the information depends on the sources.

Most of the data seems to be correct, but if you have been on this forum for long, you know there are plenty of dweebs that will post a bad answer for some stupid reason.

Yes I trust it 100%.
What else is an encyclopedia but someone's opinion on a subject?

since millions of people are looking at the articles people quickly spot false information and replace it with real facts.
