Yes, I was on the way home from a rodeo a few years ago and was parked at a stoplight on the way home and watched a big monster truck (not quite as big as the ones in the shows, but almost) do a hit and run on a much smaller car. In fact the truck driver hit the car more than once. Didn't have to testify in court but had to fill out a police report. Needless to say, the people in the smaller car were badly shaken and their car was completely inoperable. I had a hard time sleeping that night, too.

Yes, my girlfriend and I were witnesses of a store robbery in South Bend Indiana, very near Notre Dame University. Two people were assaulted. The men were apprehended and tried. Both were convicted of armed robbery and of being a habitual criminal, which in Indiana carries a sentence of 30 yrs. I made 7 court appearances.

Kinda. But it was at a grocery store and there was a man stealing from the counters. Then he ran outside. But amazingly someone who saw him with all of his groceries decided to help him. Then he got caught. I did have to testify in court.

yes but i did not testify. I was in kindergarten playing outside on our school playground. the house across the street was robbed and we had to run inside because the robbers were running toward the school. they hid in the tubular play things in the playground, the recess instructor watching DID testify

Just petty crimes. Thieves when I worked at a retail store mostly.
Witnessed a woman get beat up once. They took my statement and that was it.
Was a victim of an assault once. Once again, police took my statement and had to go downtown to pick him out of a lineup. That was it. Nothing else was done. He was let go and I never even got a "I'm sorry, kiss my *ss, nothing"
Notice...the police in this town suck!

Yes I have. I used to own a convenience store and caught shop lifters all the time. Unless they steal something expensive I could never bring any charges.

yes two, once I was robbed at gun point, I didn't have to testify because they never caught him. the other a perv exposed himself to me and my friend when we where in middle school and kept following us everywhere. I had to testify and he went to jail.

I witness them every day when I see women in clothes 4 times to small for them with juicy poo oozing out all over the place.
I believe it's called indecent exposure. I did not make citizens arrest nor call the cops.

Yes, a murder. I don't think they ever caught the guys because I never had to go to court.
