I have a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. After driving, when I turn the car off, I hear a bubbling/bioling sound from under the hood. I have recently started hearing this when I'm stopped in traffic, not just when I turn the car off. What does this mean? Thanks!

It sounds like air being forced into the radiator coolant reservoir, or the reservoir is empty and the coolant is splashing when it flows in. There should not be air in the system - you may have a blown head gasket leaking some of your compression into the coolant. The radiator should be full to the top, and the bottle should be topped off to the max line.

sounds like it could be overheating, but to say for sure I'd obviously have to see or hear it
