You could bake him some cookie lollipops.

Cookie Lollipops

Your favorite cookie dough from a mix or scratch
24 flat ice cream sticks (available at craft stores)
M&Ms, nonpariels, icing and assorted decorations

Shape dough into 24 - 1 inch balls. Place dough balls 3" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Push ice cream stick into center of each ball. Flatten each ball with hand to form round lollipop. Decorate by pressing M&Ms or other decorations into dough. Bake at 375°F for 8-9 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks. Cool completely. Decorate with icing if desired. Let icing dry completely. Store in airtight container.

There are some good craft ideas that you can get online. Or just think what do you think is ok for the ages that you both have.
A handmade frame? T-shirt with something silly that he likes?

Well, Valentines day is extremely overrated, but if you want to get him something then...

1) something with sports
2) food/chocolate
3)NO CARDS
4)anything that he likes that is inexpensive

p.s- if he offers the line, "lets not get anything for eachother," go with it. Its a heck of a lot easier. Hope it works out...

Give him a rose with a letter attached to it professing your love. Or you can give him a frame with a memorabilia in it. You can have your first date memoribilia inside it. There are some guys who are sentimental. It
