I am planning to install an oil mod on a v65 honda, how do you check if you have more oil pressure?

You would need a manual oil pressure gauge, it would screw in where the oil pressure sender is currently screwed into the motor.

You really shouldn't try to up the oil PSI in anything The stock set up has a Stock value for a reason.... Its a misconception that more pressure is better.
