I want to force grow seeds the cheap way!?

Can I get a bowl. Add potting soil. Place seeds.
Water well. Cover in Sahran Wrap?

Just growing the seeds?
If you mean germinating the vegetable seeds then you can do it cheaper by wrapping them in a wet paper towel, placing them in a bit warmer corner in the house and check them after a couple of days. As soon as you see a sprouting seed, place it in a potted soil and water it and watch ot grow in a lighted place.

Add some window washer , that you use in a car. Works great for mary jane seeds man
