If you want to get dressy flats, I'd suggest taking a look at Dillard's. They have a good selection of shoes. You could also try Saks 5th Avenue too. They have beautiful special occasion shoes. While shopping for shoes, try looking at heels because they make a great addition to formal dresses.

u can try ross, dillard's, JCpenney, or just if ur in a hurry WalMart always has some kind of flat, but only if u don't mind wearing something from walmart. some people are kind of anal about that. i dont know why bc walmart has a lot of the same kind of jeans just cheaper. people should get of their soapbox.
