How does it feel to kiss? how do you start kissing a person, do you aproach them or should they kiss you first? help please.

I can say from my personal experience, the first time is the hardest. You are so nervous, you don't want to screw anything up, so I can say I know exactly how you are feeling. And my advice is to just relax, thing is, the person you are going to kiss is probably just as scared to kiss you, whether or not they have kissed someone before. If you feel the momment is right, than approach them, they will respond when they realise what you are doing and than just go with it...now that might not make sense to you right now, but trust me when your in the momment it will make sense.
Now if they go to kiss you, just go with it, as they go to kiss you, you go to kiss them, you meet in the middle, and it's heaven.
From either end never start a kiss with an open mouth, always closed until it starts.
It's not easy at first, but it will be amazing and you won't have any problems after the first time =)

Since you're lips are virgin I would ask a pal to help me out. For a girl the kiss starts a rush at her feet to goes on up. Then while in the kiss you start getting hotter which make the kiss hotter. Once you put your lips on someone elses it just come natural to you. The only think not to do is when approached to receive the kiss don't open you mouth up like your getting ready to eat a big mac. Let someone kiss you first and see their technique. Practice makes perfect.

I'm 18 and just recently kissed a girl on the cheek for the first time. Had to be drunk too. Low confidence is your worst enemy. Trust me, I know. I could never talk in school without fear of people judging me. Thus, I never got the chance to develop relationships with many people. And I'm not bad looking either man. Remember to say anything that you want to her when you talk. Don't hold stuff back. You'll be surprised how much that provides you in conversation. As long as it's not rude. Crude is ok. To answer your first question.... Kissing literally has its own feeling. Before I kissed anybody, I had this idea that the kiss would feel a certain way, but when I kissed someone for the first time, it was WAY different than I had expected. To describe it best, it is warm and soft and kinda wet... but in a different way than how you might think warm soft and wet are... you have to experience it in order to really understand it.
To answer your 2nd question... If you really like the person then you should definitely approach them. It might seem really awkward to do this and bit uncomfortable, but you should look at the person in the eyes (not like you are staring at them) and don't look away when they catch you looking at them... if they look at you in your eyes then they are most likely interested in you too... from there, you should totally make the move.

Don't feel bad. I didn't have my first kiss until i was 21 or my first real one until i was 26. I've found it's better to wait until you've found the right person. It makes it more special that way. And don't worry, if it's right, it'll just happen naturally.

boy first find a girl when your together ask and say do you think we should kiss if she says yes kiss if no just say ok but if wher boyfriend and girlfriend could we kiss 1 time but not know and leave it alown ask every so often not to much but ask kisses feel like soft relaxing warm and then its over i should know im kissing my bf now just to remember how it is.

It should happen slowly........ First press your lips against the other persons and let it nature take its course watever happens
