Installing lexmark x125. Remote Procedure Call Failed?

I am trying to install my lexmark x125. It worked on my other computer but not on this one. I am running xp and have looked everywhere. I have turned the RPC to automatic but that did not work.

The RPC is not the problem. It is a dependency for LexDev (also look for Lex???) and PrintSpooler services, one or both of which is disabled. Common problem if you have certain spies or trojans. After you fix it, best scan your computer.
