Am I the only one who thinks they're pointless and a waste of time when RAW or Smackdown is on the air? The WWE was just fine in ratings before them prior to 2004, but they're still having more. This is gonna be the 4th Diva Search in a row.
And by the way, I thought it was a waste when the winners Christy Hemme and Daniel Puder from 2004 in their own respective contests didn't stay long. And Daniel Puder didn't even wrestle a single one on one match on Smackdown.

i think its pointless because the divas on there have no talent! ya see mickie james on the other hand actually went to school to wrestle for 7 years and got picked up by raw! but she had to work hard for it! diva search is just a fast and effortless way to become a diva! i mean ashley? COME ON! mickie works her azz off and it takes her more time then it took ashley but its paying off because mickie is better prettier and more loved by the fans!

It's pointless. A bunch of no talent brain dead bikini models compete for a contract. They don't deserve a contract. Divas like Mickie James and Malina have work hard to make It.

The divas that they have in the WWE really originated from the WCW nitro girls. The WWE wanted to do something to strike the interest of the fans just like they did in WCW
