07 Z06 is the best option
trade it!!!!!!!!
not only is it faster, but it looks way better

That all depends. If money is not an issue, I'd highly recommend the 2007 Z06. If money is an issue, I'd supercharge the 01, but wait another year or so. You should put about 15-20K on that engine before doing any extreme mods to it. That's just my opinion though.
