Finance helps us keep up to date with stocks, real estate, currency, and rates for items (gold, silver, copper etc.)
Communication is a big factor in our lives. We talk to family 4 days quicker with email, and we don't even have to email with AIM which you will save 4 days 59 minutesand 55 seconds. Also news is communicated almost every second of the day
Entertainment basically keeps us busy. It makes us laugh, smile, or just make our day even better

Heres what you write as your answer. Last night I was able to find the answer to this question using my computer instead of thinking of it myself an using any common sense I used my computer to cheat an found the answer it benefited me very much so!

find and watch the news
learn how it works and get programs to help out the learning process

they don't have to leave their house to get information and its an easier way to communicate with others through email.
i mean you can find anything online.. direction, school help, you can work from your house and many other things

you can keep yourself entertained. run a business. learn stuff. get a job. get a girl/boyfriend(kinda sad though). and learn what's going on in the world

more way to communicate: chat, e-mails, video conference, VoIP telephony, news, buy & sell activities, works from home when needed etc
