My sis is a passive sensitve person. I can't transfer. This fat boy always sits there and bullies her (he's a getto child). I want to teach her how to be more assertive to stand up to her bully. Besides, this could be a good life lesson.

I like your view on this! you have to let her know she's not a weak or lewd person for defending herself and that this boy doesn't deserve this attention. Disassociate if possible but it usually this isn't an option and your sister, with your counseling, will become stronger when she eventually stand up for herself. haha if all else fails, she could always bite his ear (snow dogs)

Well the first thing you have to do is make her understand that nothing he says is important, and do not let her think that what he says is true, she should not be upset by what he is saying to her.
The more that she shows a reaction to what he says to her, the more he is going to do it. If she simply ignores him and gives him not attention whatsoever he will get bored and move on to something else.
Arguing with him will not make things any better it will just give him more of a reason to say things that will hurt her feelings.

simple, stand your ground,look him in the eyes directly and tell him that you are not in any way scared of him, and also that he will do fine to stay clear of you ,as you don't fancy people that have brain but refuse to use them, you can also make him realize that you know that he lacks confidence, believe me he will flee from you, most especialy if you do all this when there are many people around looking.
