How can i teach someone guitar?

hey i've been playing guitar for 7 years and i wanna start teaching for money, any good places on the web that i can get a lesson plan to help me get some ideas on how i can do it.. thx

You can use books, but I prefer to find out what the student wants to learn. Let them pick out a song and work on it. They will be more likely to stick with it when they see they are playing a song they like.
