Spray both sides with olive oil, a little pepper, just slightly more salt than you would think that you'd like (not to worry it falls off with the heat), pat them in and put them on the hottest grill that you can. 6 minutes per side, serve with creamed spinach and you've got the perfect steakhouse steak.

On a sizzling grill plate,
1....Sear steak on one side until crusty and bubbles of blood appear...
2....Turn steak over,then sear again for couple minutes..
3.... Place steak on warm plate covered foil for at least couple mins to settle..
Serve on hot cast iron sizzle plate,with lashings on fried onion rings n BBQ sauce together with baked potatoe in foil with sour cream and nice fresh crispy side salad....Yum Yum...I'm hungry.....OK ..........On my way over..LOL
