visitation and child support are separate. you should have been given some kind of visitation for holidays, summer, weekends etc.
if you didn't you need to take it back to court and get everything spelled out. work on it before you go.
example: on odd (2007) years the dad gets the child/children on December 23 @ 7am until Christmas eve @ 9pm.
and so on for the holidays.
you might have it spelled out like: every year the father will get the children for a month in the summer and shall let the mother know in writing (by registered mail so you have a copy and proof you sent it.) no later than April as to what month he wants the visitation.it shall outweigh any plans of the mother and he shall have visitation that month with no child support being paid since he will have the children that month.
the more specific you are on each point the better off you will be, because if you have to take her to court you are going to need everything verified.--sounds like you are learning the hard way as to how brutal the X can be when it comes to using your kids against you.
sorry and good luck.

If you were divorced read your divorce decree, hopefully, this was decided upon when your lawyer helped you. You did get a lawyer?
If both these avenues I just mentioned did not happen for you, your going to have to hire a lawyer and go back to court for visitation rights. You do have a right to see your kids though, so if anybody stops you get there name and the reason as this is what you can use to show the judge. Judges do not like trouble makers.

Depending on what state you live in court costs can be anywheres to 125.00 and up, not including a lawyer who can charge 500.00 to 3500.00.

Settle on a price with your lawyer before you go into court.

Do not stop paying child support for revenge. Why, because you can be arrested and hauled off to jail. Visitation rights probably decrease if you are delinquent.

Good luck and hang in there man its not for ever, and don't lose your head

Go back to court and try to get visitation rights to see your kids. Get a good attorney. I hope things work out for you. I think you need a judge to change this order. Why have you not seen your kids in 4 years? How many kids do you have?

So what they're saying is that the biological father of the children has the right to pay for child support but not for visitation right???!!! That's b*** S***. You can tell them that they have no right to keep the girls from seeing their father. Also when they (kids) grow up do they want the kids to be angry at them cause they kept them from seeing their father?
