i hate them. but i love koivu. koivu is great. but he plays for a stupid team.

They'll always be known as "Canada's team". More Stanley cups than I can count.
However, I don't think anyone from Ontario would agree with me.
Souray - "A"-list defenseman in the league
Aebischer & Huet - Will never live up to Patrick Roy (or even Theodore) Playing in goal for the Habs is not an easy thing to do. Too much pressure.

i like the habs, not my fav team but i like there style, i like huet between the pipes, souray my fav defenceman i wish my penguins could get him lol, higgins was onpace to have a career season b4 he got hurt and, plekanec i dont like cuz he got the first star and 3 points i think when they beat the penguins on sunday, but im looking forward to what kind of noise they can make in the playoffs

The greatest team to ever don skates! If you've never spent two or three hours shovelling just to be able skate for twenty minutes,then your not the same age as I am.Trevor Linden is from my age group.I still love the canadian's but I miss the fast hockey of the '70's& 80's.I hope like hell the rule changes work as planned & bring back the fast paced ,hard skating&exciting game that I watched as a kid ,and luckily still get to play once or twice a week.As for the multi-millioniare,cry babie's that you mentioned, think about Bobby Orr,Gordy Howe ,Guy LaFleur,and hundred's of others who gave their entire lives to this sport for next to nothing.I hope the Sidney Crosby's of this world have enough respect to share the wealth with those paved the way for them.

If the habs are "Canada's Team" why does the Leafs:
1) Have a bigger media conglomerate (Leagues biggest in fact)
2) Have a bigger fan base (which stretches across Canada and the States)
3) Is featured as Hockey Night in Canada's team?
Habs = French Canada's team
Leafs = English Canada's team
