If you are responsible and a guardian can check on you as a backup to make sure nothing is going wrong I think babysitting is perfect for you. Just get reasonable hours for the parents and yours and I think that can be the ideal start of first job. Putting this on a resume shows that you are trustworthy (because the parents trust you with their kids) , reponsible and also honest and mature. so go for it, if you also agree.

Babysitting would be one of the only things a 13 year old would be able to get, or you could get a paper route or mow peoples lawn, do yard work and stuff.

It is illegal for you to have a job. You can however babysit or mow or rake peoples yards. If you want to work at a store or restuarant you need to 16 years of age with a signed workers permit from your parents and school. good luck

i'm 13, too. i babysit, and i didn't really know how to babysit untill i took a job babysitting. If you have any younger cousins, see if you can babysit them first, before you babysit anyone else's kids. I hope I helped!!=)

enjoy your youth.
But if you want one that bad, you should do babysitting. Make a resume and had it around to people with kids. Have your parents tell their friends about you.

properly maximum organizations likely basically isn't in a position to employ you do on your age, yet you are able to start your own organization. you may want to do backyard artwork, homestead-sit down, provide newspapers, and canine sitting/strolling are some ideas.
