i coach girls basketball so i offer this post player tip...
right now pick a post move whether a drop-step, step through, some type of spin, hook shot and work on it for a full year. then the following year pick another and so on (granted i don't know your time-table), but this way the first move you choose will be your go-to shot. you'll have an arsenal of moves, but be deadly with your go-to shot.

I have played no 4
3 years and i am getting ready to get a scolorship for basketball.
I really want to play for Arizona State University (ASU) i play foward, wing etc
i think when u say down low you are saying that u r a foward.
i am in 8th grade and my step dad sorta works at ASU and he said next time i come up there the b ball coach wants to meet me and tell me wut he is lookin for and to see if i can be capable to play

well maybe one day u and me can play one on one (JK) hahaha

My cousin alternates from small and power forward. She about 6'3. My other cousin plays point. She is about 5'4. (the first one is older)
