Nothing wrong with buying a refurbished iPod. There are many reasons why they have to call them refurbished.

Returns, DOA, Minor Problems, Used at a Trade Show, failed initial testing, box opened.

Well there's actually nothing wrong with it.The iPod has been broken though.The iPod has been refurbished(which means fixed) by apple.I have an iPod that has been refurbished by apple. It may oporate the same. But my iPod shakes sometimes when i click on songs or load something.There's nothing wrong with it; its just like its new!

sometimes parts may wear out faster if they are the original parts, but Apple does a good job it trying not to sell used ipods like that.

ya someone used it and broke it. so its already messed up before you buy it
