I can't select bulldoze, evict, anything. AND I can't even select which house it is to delete it from the folder on the computer- will someone PLEASE help me figure this out so I don't have to delete the whole game

You can try to go to the Sim website and download the Patch for Sims 1. it kind of updates it or something and includes improvements.
By the way, i think Sims1 is better than Sims2. its faster and much simpler.

Yea its probably lack of memory just download the game on a more recent computer and if you have a mac just buy tiger the newest 10.4 update.

Mine did that, and I found out that my comp. did't have enough memory for that game!
