How does the new 'starring' system work?

I've got stars, but no starred questions? Whats that all about - does anyone know?

Only questions can get stars. It used to be that you could give a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" to questions. Yahoo took away the "thumbs down" function and turned "thumbs up" into stars. If a question gets a certain number of stars, it is eligible to be shown on Yahoo! Answers home page -- I don't know what the exact number is.
