As soon as a female starts to have periods she can become pregnant. Mother nature allows some children to start periods at 10 years old.....to bad girls couldnt start until at least age 16 to cut down on teen pregnancies.

grown up
lives in a apt or house
out of school
ready for job as a parent that wont end until the kid is 21 but sometimes being a parent wont end until you have passed on or the child has because even after 21 your still a parent.

for boys usually around 7-12. women after they get their first perios (obviously).
