Orgasm for a woman is a heightened pleasant feeling during sex. It's where your sensitive areas are stimulated so much that they basically can't take it any more so they just relax...it feels like a huge relief, and it's wonderful. It is most definitely healthy...in fact, it helps keep your vagina muscles tight (it's like excercise for em!), and you can definitely get pregnant without the female orgasm. Male orgasm is when the penis releases sperm, so the male orgasm IS necessary for pregnancy. Hope I helped!

Orgasm is a speical feeling that you get during climax of sex. It is where you release the pressure of stress in your body. Orgasm happen in second and you can't control that feeling. It is healthy if oyu have it once awhile, not all the time. OF course you can get pregnant with or without orgasm.

umm i'll answer the easy question first.. YES you can pregnant without the girl having an orgasm. we probably wouldnt be here if you couldnt! haha sorry guys. you can even get pregnant without the guy having an actual orgasm, from his pre-*** but thats rarer.
YES its healthy and FUN!
now what is it.. well obviously as most people know for a guy, its them ejaculating, their semen shooting out.
for women its a bit more obscure, i suppose mostly its just a really good explosive feeling. if ur a girl, just try experimenting with urself. you'll kno when you've found out.

a "warm" feeling that escalates, feels like you really couldn't feel any better. for women happens most of the time during oral sex, however definately could be reached via intercourse. it is very hard to describe it, but once you have one you won't have any doubts that you had one. and you will never forget that feeling.
it is definately healthy, relieves stress, its not harmful to your body at all
and yes you sure can get pregnant without one or with one
