For English, and yes we can get help from family, friends, or other sources. I need to write a poem. It has to have 8 lines, it can rhyme, it must have alliteration, and similes. Please help me out!

The cute cat cuddled next to me,
He was as soft as a feather.
He once got scared while climbing up a tree,
and then he was stuck in bad weather.
Now hes content laying next to my side,
While warm and snuggly like a new teddy bear.
But he likes to run away from me and hide,
I can never find him, and i look EVERYWHERE.
lol its the best i can do off the top of my head.

The golden stars are like treasures in the midnight sky
The moon is like a marshmellow white and dry
The dark clouds soon cover the moon's light
Then they cover the stars and now the sky isn't as bright
Now comes the white snow
That sprinkles the ground with white very slow
And Heres the chilly wind that sings
Causing many bells to ring
It is truly winter

there is a pig that flys in the sky
its a pink porky pig
with a big bad heart as big as the sun
that it flies around
its wings come out looking very frail
but they do the job quite well
if you see the pig dont be afraid of it falling
but of what it may drop
Love can hurt
Love can sing
But a broken heart can never sing

This I believe
The one who loves you will help you when he leaves
Boys will come and go
Stealing your breath
And breaking your heart
But the one who helped you will stay forever

If I had understood the foundations contained in this e book even as i change into 14, who's conscious the position i might want to be as we talk. i understand it sounds somewhat corny, yet what number video games or cds or ipods can someone undergo?? supply a present which will supply for a life-time. why dont u give it a shot and try it on your own? these poetic devises are really important and who knows? you may find that you have a talent for it! you dont have to write about anything particularly life changing, it could be about anything!
