Contact the Better Business Bureau in your area for a list of reputable homebuilders. Once you have a list to go off of, contact the homebuilders and ask for references. This should greatly reduce the chances of you accidentally hiring a shyster. You might also want to be sure that prospective homebuilders do not use illegal alien labor.

I would build it for you, but I think I'm too far away. Yes, I am a contractor. Tudors are really great choice, if they are done right.

just make sure you have a good contrator who knows what there doing as my brother had his home built and after 3 years the foundation is already settling so be very cautious and do alot of asking first.
