I was thinking this new year I wanted to change my career from retailing to banking.I have a very good experience and background of education. I was called for few interview and everything seems well but they never call me back. Am I too well groomed which make the interviewer scared to give me the job or???...... I dunno.I can describe myself a very responsible person and well educated. Please give some advise as I really want to do something more meaningful with my job and life.

I am still studying now under post graduates and I think with banking is not really a high qualification required as long as you are good in maths plus work experience.I have been working for well known company and I am not a kind of person who's changing jobs all the time. This is my second time to change job after 4years with the same company. I knew few people who hasn't got any degree or uni qualification doing well in this sector. Is it because I am over 30years old?or is it the clothes I am wearing?I am a very lady like and always wear business outfit when I go for an interview especially dealing with profesional sector.I use to read in artical saying that don't be too needy when go for interview,is it right?
