My toe touch is only halfway high...how do i get it to go all the way up???

1. Stretch Out (Especially your legs!)
2. Try doing it first with out your legs
3. Then Do it!
4. Make sure your arms are straight and your toes are pinted
5. Your legs will come up to your hands not your hands to your legs
6. Look up not at your feet!
7. land with slightly bent knees
8. Remember to smile and look forward!!!

roll your hips under and snap up your legs, the muscle you are using is your hip flexer so you want to strengthen that. sit in a strattle put your hands on the ground on either side of your leg and lift up you leg. reapeat with the other. Good luck!

ok so start by jumping as hight s you can with a much force as possible ! next PULL YOUR LEGS UP TO YOUR ARMS ! lot's of people do it the wrong way ! they drop their chest dont do that !
