Yes, mine has been broken twice, and yes it will mend, yet up to you if the wound is sealed with gold, (lessons, life experiences, betterment learnt/gained), or if kept festering never really healing. Time is a healer, divine intervention a gift. Good luck and remember there is life after a broken heart

It takes time. Some times a lot, sometimes a day or less. The best thing to do is not dwell on it.

I think over time it heals itself. But there is a part, like a crack that just won't budge.
