My wife after she got the childsupport file done. She took my child aways from me to another state. Before she goes, we have wrote an agreement that she will let me know about my child. When she got there I just can call her for couple time to know about my child. Then She suddent got mad, curse on me and she not answer my call anymore. Also now She want to take may child out of US with out my permission. Is it too late for me to go to the courthouse to file the paper work for child custody or visitation my child. Or any happen to her when she take my child out of US to another country .She lived at another state can i still file the paper at my state where I lived (CA). Or there is the best way to see my child. Thanks.

Ok you gave her written permission to move out of state but not out of the country. She can get into some real trouble doing that and could lose custody if she does and you can tell her that. You can sue her for breach of contract if the agreement between you two spells out everything; support, visitation, etc. You can stop her from leaving the country with your child at least. As long as shes still in country its never too late. You can charge her with federalparental kidnapping if she leaves the country and there is no where in the world she can hide where the law wont find her and especially your child. Good luck

Unless you have had your rights revoked by a judge, or modified in some way, she cannot prevent you from having visitation. That is a really good reason to get an attorney. In most states, the custodial parent has to give 30-60 days notice on changing addresses. You really need to seek the advice of an attorney.
