Does the Goldbat evolve into a Crobat? Plus if it does not evolve how would you get a crobat?

Yes, Golbat will evolve into Crobat. The easiest way to get him is to catch a low leveled Zubat (or trade for one) and then raise it carefully, giving it plenty of proteins, healing its injuries etc. After it evolves into Golbat, it should evolve soon afterwards into Crobat.
If you raise a Golbat into a Crobat, it'll take longer. I raised a Golbat from level 25 into Crobat and he didn't evolve until level 55. Just don't let him faint, give him treats (proteins, calicum) heal his injuries when he gets them.

To get crobat always battle with your golbat and never let it faint! You'll get crobat when you have a strong friendship. To find out how is your friendship now visit the 2nd from left house in Verdenturf City.

golbat does evolve into crobat but to evolve it your golbat needs enought love such as giving it potions when it gets hurt and taking it to the pokemon center to rest and letting it battle if you raise it well enough it will evolve at about level 60 - 80 and it is the same with blissy, and togepi. also you cant catch crobat in the wild

you have to trade with someone to make a crobat evolve into crobat so if you want it trade it then trade it back and yes it does evolve to crobat
