Native gold is often alloyed with silver, platinum, copper and the like. But, there is nothing magic about the 10% number. Sometimes gold is found that is almost 100% gold and sometimes it occurs less than 90% pure.

If it's pure gold, then the only metal in gold is gold. gold is an element, meaning it cannot be broken down in to any further parts. However, in jewelry gold like 14k gold or like 18k gold, copper or silver is added into the alloy, and so copper or silver is probably the answer you're looking for (depending on the type of gold; most the time it is copper, but things like "white gold" has silver in it.)
