Ra is the most reactive metal (not sure)

Florine is the most reactive non-metal (element) because its elecronegativity is 4.0

Francium is the most reactive metal, it will lose 1 electron to become stable and the electron is far from the nucleus. The most reactive non metal is Flourine, it will gain 1 electron and the electron will be pulled close to the nucleus.

no, Francium is hte most reactive metal because as metals get bigger, their ability to retain their electrons decreases, making them more reactive.

And fluorine is the most reactive element and also the most reactive non metal because it is small, with lots of protons, and only needs one electron to gain a full octet (full valence shell)

hope this helps!
