Determine the temperature change in the following. I know you used the constant but I keep getting the wrong answer I don't know the formula. Help :(

Formula:

Q= mcDeltaT

Where Q is the heat energy, m is the mass, c is the specific heat, and DeltaT is the change in temperature.

You have the amount of heat energy, 232, and the mass, 10 grams. You know hte specific heat of water, which is 4.184 J/gK. Plug it in and get:

232= 10(4.184)Delta T
Delta T= 5.545

And so, the water changed about 5.5 degress celsius.
