at least 16.. but i have to say, they usually only hire REALLY pretty people, so don't be discouraged if you're rejected.. I"M NOT SAYING U WILL BE THOUGH!! you're probably really pretty.. and smarter than some of those ditz's in there =].. i worked there from 17-19 [abercrombie].. i was friends with most of them.. but i have to say.. they were pretty ditzy =] hehe i'm not like saying everyone is.. just like don't feel bad if u don't get the job.. there are PLENTY of other things out there..

I have had many friends work at Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister. I know for certain that you have to be at least 18 years of age.

I'm not sure how old you have to be to work at either of them but I know that at Hollister they only hire pretty people. I'm not saying your ugly or anything thought because I don't even know you. But this one kid that my friend goes to dance with works at Hollister and we say him there and he told us that he was trying to find cute people to hire. Even though, I've seen some guys at Hollister that I think are really ugly.
