so i just started watching the show again...some one fill me in on whats going on....elliot is divorced??....did elliot and olivia ever get together?? idk someone just fill me in...im kinda lost

Okay, here it is. Elliot got divorced with his wife because they were having lots of problems. I don't think Elliot and Olivia got together, but I do know that they weren't partners for a few episodes. See, Olivia's throat got slit and instead of running after the perp who had kidnapped kids with him, Elliot ran over to help Olivia. The man killed one of the kids a few minutes later. Olivia was just fine, and elliot felt like crap. Then later that episode, Elliot was held at gunpoint and Olivia wouldn't shoot the guy because she was afraid Elliot would get killed. So Olivia asked to be reasigned to another partner because their friendship was getting in the way of their work. But they couldn't stand being anyone elses partners so they became partners again. Thats what I learned.

Elliot and Olivia were never a romantic couple. She was off w/the FBI undercover(during her maternity leave)and Elliot is getting a divorce, although I don't know why. Elliot and Olivia are a team again on the show.

No Elliot and Olivia didn't get together she is off on a different assignment and Elliot has got this new partner who isn't sure if she wanted to be a detective or not.

I guess at first he didn't want the divorce but then later he was making out with his new partner (none of ya'll saw that?) it really pissed me off. In real life Mariska (Olivia) had a baby, but I'm glad she's back, I can't stand the new one she's a slut

yeah elliot is divorced and NO benson and olivia are't together and never have been- how gross would that be? lol.. yeah i love SVU, have fun gettin back into it!!
