I am 14, i need to know a workout that i can do for about an hour every day that will help me lose weight and build muscle, and also diet tips to help with this as well.

i do not currently have access to heavy weights or excersice machines

Im 14 also and im already into bodybuilding. Go to the gym or something. Work each muslce only once a week!!! Biceps, Triceps, Chest,Legs,Back,SHoulders Then i run like a mile on the tredmill each day. Dont eat candy and crap believe me once u start ull be addicted and u wont even want to eat crap food. Eat lots of tuna and chicken and i even have protien shaes..Just stay motovatated... Think of your goals and just work for them. ALSO!!!! Dont lift for MAX ( lift as much weight as possible) lift moderate weight that you can easily do 10 perfect reps with. Its tempting to want to see how much u can max out but believe me at 14 if u lift to much ur never gonna grow..HOPE I HELPED !

do maybe 30 min of weight lifting and 30 on the treadmill/eliptical. or 40/20.

eat fruits and veggies, whole wheat, etc. and drink plenty of water. dont drink ANY full sugar soda....watch your sugar intake in general.

Eat healthier and excersise more. That could be as easy as walking around the block several times.

i am 15 and i go to the gym regularly. go find a gym that is affordable and has good instructors, they will help you there.
