omg i have a really quick easy way that i think works best.. i'm a model, so one of my makeup artists taught me this trick... take a little sheer red/berry colored lip gloss, and rub it in right under the eye.. not a lot though so it doesn't look sparkly or shiny.. the reds in the gloss mix with the puples and blues of the circles to create your skin tone. i swear by it now!!
try it!! good luck!

It might sound weird, but keep a spoon in the freezer the day before. In the morning, take the spoon and put it over your eye. It'll soften the dark circles and hopefully it'll go away by the end of the day. I hope this helps!!

Drink a lot extra water. someone informed me once that darkish circles less than your eyes had something to do with kidney function. I completely brushed him off. yet even as i began eating extra water, they slowly went away. i do not have them now.

I use Mary Kay's undereye cream. You are probably thinking it is for old ladies...I used to think that! But...It's like a facial in a bottle! It works really well. Also...drink lots of water.

Use a concealer. To blend - use a brush, but you can also use a little sponge (the ones they sell as makeup applicators.
