Does anyone work for Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC?

Spouse worked for BCBS in Mississippi: If you are a CSR, you will be cussed at, hollered at, abused, and hated by those whom you deliver bad news to (deny claims). You will be loved, adored, promised free services by providers for getting claims paid quickly.

You will work hard, and long hours. The management in Mississippi was cut throat and talk behind your back ugly.

She lasted about 2 years before she quit and hated every second of it.

But, she made good friends and still talks with them when their paths cross.
