talk to your professors and tell them your situation. If you show effort and initutive then they should be understanding. Try not to take as many classes next semester maybe. If you have too much of a load it is better to lighten it instead of crumble under it.

Well, first I would suggest a tutor. It sounds like you're pretty busy if you can't stay after. And since you can't do extra credit to raise you grades you should try and pick up your grades on the reamining classwork. Many tutors will work around your schedule. A lot of high school will have peer tutoring. If you live near a college/university there are tons of students willing to tutor you in your work.

If your teacher won't let you do extra work for extra credit ask for some extra work anyway for practice. And you can use that to take to a tutor and practice at home on your own. If you're not grasping the information then try and visit your teacher during his/her planning period or during your luch (or a study period if you have one. If you can't get that teacher to devote extra time find a teacher in the department. It may be the method the teacher is using. Sometimes people can teach the same subject differently and it may help you to understand the material and grasp it better so that you get better scores.

Focus on trying to learn and let the grades fall where they may.

What's important is what YOU get out of school, not what grade someone else decides to give you.

The more you can engage yourself in a subject, the more you'll relate to it and you will just automatically pick it up. Like with history, if you can identify yourself with the story you'll understand it much better than if you try to memorize places and dates.

And of course if you are having trouble understanding something, go ask the teach for assistance. Teachers love to teach!

Good luck!

Why can't you do extra credit? If you have the opportunity skip lunch or something to do it.

Alot of teachers at my school offer before school help. Get up a few minutes early.

Stay before school, or get a tutor, or just study.
