er, i might be making a mistake, but i think that it already is balanced in 1:1:1 ratios.

1CaO + 1H20 --> 1Ca(OH)2
or just:
CaO + H20 --> Ca(OH)2

you need two hydroxides on the right because hydroxide has a -1 charge and calcium has a +2 charge. This way you have one Ca on the left and one on the right, 2 Os on the left and two on the right, and 2 Hs on each side too! :o)
