You should tell your BF how you feel, let her know that his behavior is unacceptable... if she values your opinion maybe she'll realize what a jerk he is. On the other hand if this doesn't happen I would shorten the amount of time I spend with him.

when you say bf you mean ur best friend right? well if you do then talk to ur best friend and tell her/him how you feel so maybe he/she can talk to her/his boyfriend to be cautious about what he says around you.

If you meant bf as in boyfriend and boyfriend as his best friend then I would tell you boyfriend to tell HIS best friend to stop being such a racist.

lol that was confusing!!

but remeber, if hes a racist, that doesn't mean you can change that. You can just ignore or tell him to not be such a racist around you. And to not go on the subject of racism. so that will make your friendship (if you have one with him) simple without arguments over racism.

the situation is your chum is familiar with you "hate" him so she would be able to no longer have faith something you assert. attempt one extra time, devoid of emotion, letting her understand that your situation is for her. finally she'll see him for who he's. it could additionally be that she has an effect on him and he needs to do extra effective whilst he's round her. purely provide it some time. She would finally end up getting harm and if that takes place, be there for her devoid of judgment. all of us ought to make our very own errors so as to benefit. it relatively is solid to appreciate we've associates who can help us after we fall. She's fortunate to have you ever as a chum.

Tell your boyfriend "the ground rules" when around you. That there will be no racist remarks, etc.

YOU are the important one in your boyfriends life, your boyfriend can decide one of two things:

1 - come around you without his friend
2 - tell his friend to RESPECT you and your feelings and to watch his behavior around you. Your thoughts, feelings and what your asking is NOT "asking too much."

If your boyfriend can't do one of these things, I'd wonder what the rest of my life would be with him if he couldn't take my side against a racist.

I don't really care for my friends wife either, but it's his wife so I tolerate her - but avoid her when I can. I'd suggest you do the same, and not try to split their friendship. Just explain to your bf that you don't want to associate with his friend and tell him why.

"Bad company corrupts good character." Remember this, and remind your friend, as well. She should totally put your opinion before her bf's, anyway.

geese of a feather flock together. you're b/f can either turn into his buddy or cut ties and move on.

Talk to him. tell him how you feel and whether he sees it too. if he doesn't see it then maybe he won't cut ties until it's too late.
