Elect a government that truly cares about its people, but I don't see how that is possible. Give them a piece of acreage and a home on George’s Ranch. Let the president set a good and decent example of genuine care. It after all starts from the top.

The ACLU made it impossible to deal with the homeless, many are mentally ill and need help but in the 70's they made it impossible for them to be picked up and given care. Not all are ill but many are and go without care because the state cant even question them about the help they need.

Stop recognizing it as a problem. Change the name from "homeless" to "feral". Then we don't have a crisis with homelessness, we have a new special interest group, "The Feral Lifestyle Choice". Of course, it doesn't have to have "Choice" in the name. They could have been born that way.

As with all special interest groups, they exist to defend their own interest (thus the "special" with their "interest"). Let the Feral lobby the government for special recognition, special favor in government hiring practices, special months of the year for recognizing their specialness.

Problem solved.
