In no particular order - these are from the wrestlemanias i have seen but the matches are classics:
Wrestlemania 20: Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship: Triple H Vs. Shawn Michaels Vs. Chris Benoit - One of the best matches i have ever seen - exciting and suspenseful the whole way through.
Wrestlemania 21: Kurt Angle Vs. Shawn Michaels - Two of the all time greats battle head to head in a match that had its share of memorable moments
Wrestlemania 3: Intercontinental Championship: Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat Vs. "Macho Man" Randy Savage - Amazing match that had many high spots - especially liked the finish with The Dragon winning
Wrestlemania 12: 60 Minute Iron Man Match for the WWE Championship: Bret "Hitman" Hart Vs. Shawn Michaels - Suspensful for the whole 60 minutes - great finish to a great match
Wrestlemania 3: WWE Championship: Hulk Hogan Vs. Andre The Giant - A match for the ages - simply put.

2. Bret Hart vs Stone Cold , Wrestlemania 13, brutal and bloody, the rise of STONE COLD
3 Bret Hart vs Owen Hart, Wreslemania 10 a great technical match and sibling rivalry, owen rocked
4 The Rock vs Stone Cold, Wreslemania 17, they were both in their prime
5 Triple threat match, Benoit vs Triple HHH vs Shawn Micheals, Wrestlemania 20, Benoit wins, nuff said
