HI,
Profiles are pop-ups. Sorry you are having trouble. You need your pop-up blocker set correctly and turning it off causes too many problems.
You need to double left click on their name. Then go to your browser and click on pop-up blocker. Always Allow tab will say "recent pop-ups blocked". Highlight (yahoo.com) then click allow.
That will take care of it for you. Have fun playing!
