4 wick round candle with no instructions as to burn and for how long...has 4 wicks,5 inches high, 6 inch across I want to make sure it burns evenly if possible as to not waste. Lady in store said to put in freezer an hour before burning. Any suggestions on how to burn so that I don't burn in middle and no where else?
Thank you!
Donna

don't light your candle until you have the time to leave it burning for 8 or more hours at a time. After it burns for this extended period of time, you will need to "hug" it, or push the sides in towards the center of the candle. This will allow the liquid to get to the outside edges eventually, and for the candle to burning evenly.

After the initial burn, you should still only light the candle when you can leave it burning for extended periods of time. Wax, for some unknown reason, has a memory.

generally multiwick candles should be burned at least 7 hours once they are lit

Gasoline + soda can + fuse + underneath neighbor's Ford F-150 fuel tank = specatcular fireworks. *AND* a visit from the fire department, with those cool strobe lights!
