If you're looking for something really affordable, I suggest going to Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, or Charlotte Russe. If you'd like something more high end, I'd suggest looking at Juicy Couture, Saks 5th Avenue, Neiman Marcus, or Bloomingdale's.

It depends what type of baby doll top you want. if you want something in the emo goth area go to hot topic if you are looking for goody girl stuff go to wet seal.
